Making changes using the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Adjust) Cycle can happen. Change isn’t easy but when you follow a process that helps you stay on course, you will find that impossible things can happen. Today’s video is about the Check step where you see how far you got, celebrate that progress and then get ready to tune your plan to make it better. If you are using this method for making changes in your life, share your lessons, particularly about checking your progress from time to time. If you don’t use PDCA but you want to change, what do you want most to change?
