Someone has compiled the top ten dog and cat names. Max and Chloe make both lists and the dog names are all people names. Spot didn’t make the cut. I can’t say that I would ever name a dog or cat any one of those names. We did give some of our pets people names when I was a kid ‘though its an effort to dredge up ancient history. We had a dog named Delilah and another named Anthony but I think they already had names when we got them. My first dog was Spot.
Actually our cats are Miss Cat and Little Guy. I don’t know if that qualifies us as creative but apparently we are non-conformist.
