I like to think that there is valuable content here at Ralph Carlson Blog. I also like to think that I am witty, charming and handsome despite substantial evidence to the contrary. It is not about what I think, however. No matter how appealing I find this blog, it will only grow and prosper if readers like it and spread the word that RCB is a good read. I put in some hours preparing what I hope is good content about topics that are important with a focus on people who are retired or getting ready to retire. I think that the opportunities of retirement are under appreciated and that most retirement focused blogs miss the passion of living full out.
I don’t know what message readers may be getting from RCB and I don’t know if all the features are valuable so today I ask each reader to complete the questions below. Don’t think that your opinion is not important. I truly need to know what readers think about the blog, if I want to find the right content and focus the message. If I go off on a tangent that pleases me but falls flat with my current readers, then I will lose those readers and most likely not attract replacement. Please take the few minutes to answer the questions. I know that better understanding of what readers like- and don’t like here will help me focus my attention and time on what is important. If I miss something that you think I need to know, please leave a comment or send an email.

I didn’t promise to abandon my responsibilities here. I have the entire week prescheduled. I don’t think I will be trying skydiving even at my tender years. My wife, however, is hot to do it. I told here that I will video her descent. You can see it first right here.
Untill now – did you mean “until” (2 comments untill now)
The first question may be different if someone gets your blog RSS feed or not – I read the RSS feed blogs daily – the ones that don’t have a feed get read when i remember. (I get yours RSS feed)
Jeni,
I always forget about RSS. I asked about it in an earlier poll but this time it slipped my mind.
I don’t even know if my feed works…

Ralph…I’m sometimes faced with the content/viewer response dilemma. But of late, come to the conclusion to just “screw it’ and write what suits my fancy. I enjoy it more that way, and if people dig it too, all the better.

Hansi,
One can never be sure of getting comments out of drug addled old men anyway.
