The stats tell me that I do have people dropping by this site. So far only my son has commented (and he does that because he is a good son more than for any other reason). This leaves me to speculate about what any of the others are thinking as they pass through these posts. Here are my thoughts about why they don’t leave a comment. Since my purpose in writing this blog is to attract and retain readers, knowledge about the reason would help me add value to my blog.
What is your reason? Leave me a comment—please. If it’s easier just enter a number.

Hi Ralph! Thanks for dropping by – and leaving me a comment!! Your list is very good. I often wonder the same thing. I think they don’t have anything to say or it’s too much trouble. Bloggers understand the value of comments – any comments! But, I’m not sure the majority of web users “get it” yet.
I hear ya man! Hard to get people to comment!
I read a blog for “bloggers” called PROBLOGGER and they just had a good article on this very issue!
check it out, I found it very helpful

Havn’t gotten to that page yet. Working on Day 16.

None of the above as I’m commenting.
Rose,
You are indeed. Thank you very much.
I think you should add alittle more colour.
I do not see anything wrong with your blog but maybe others do and just leave without passing a comment.
Try talking to Travis Morgan.

Olusegun,
I really have not given any thought to the visual aspects of my blog since selecting the theme. It is a good point. First I wanted to have some confidence that the content was adequate because I think that content is the most important thing. I will keep that in mind. Thanks.
